Great customer service and incredible job on fixing my S23 Ultra screen. My phone is as good as new. And they even threw in a screen protector. I will definitelycome again if need be!
I went into Techstop with a broken IPhone and came out with one that was like new. The price for my repair was $20 (20%!) cheaper than the same repair done in a place in Walnut Creek. The proprietor was super friendly, too. He had my broken screen fixed in well under a half hour, and actually fixed an ongoing problem I had with charging my phone-for free! I would absolutely recommend him. 5 stars!

I called in to check if they can solder a jst component into my broken pcb keyboard. The guy mentioned that the contact points had come off and he'd need to to scrape off some of the piece to make contact. He was upfront about it about potentially not being successful ( for me it was fine since it was already a faulty pcb to begin with ) However, 30 minutes later, when I came and picked it up, he showed me that he was able to make contact with the connectors. I've gone ahead and tested, and it works!
If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Abid is straightforward yet friendly—hands-on, proactive, and clearly knows his craft. I brought my PS5 in today after a terrible experience at a nearby repair shop that kept it for over a month and still couldn’t fix it. The issue was simple: the disc drive wouldn’t read discs; everything else worked perfectly. Abid took a look, said he’d have it ready the same day, and he delivered—fixed in a matter of hours. My PS5 is as good as new and reads discs flawlessly. The price is very competitive (I did my research), and you get excellent service from someone who actually knows what he’s doing—plus the peace of mind of walking out with a fully working console. Once again, Abid- the store owner saved the Day for me. I have been to his place of business (3) separate occasions and has always succeeded my expectations above and beyond. Extremely knowledgeable, HONEST, and friendly. For this situation, I needed a new screen for my Gakaxy S22, however I had no choice to go to another phone repair business which turned into a nightmare. Abid was able to fix my camera issue withing 10 minutes. Highly recommend for any Cell phone/Tech Repair!
Very trustworthy and patient and nice to everyone and has our business or as long as we have electronics. Found by Google near my house, excellent help over the phone, so we brought in the kids tablet to change out the USB C port, and he worked over time fixing as it was deep in the machine, having to split the layers of the screen. Saved that expensive gaming tablet. Also got a good deal on some phone cases ans screen protectors for everything because my screen was a little scratched. All perfectly installed. Returned later to get 2 new screen protectors for 2 new phones. One of them already saved a screen. Lastly they were able to fix an HDMI port on a optical magnifier for my mom. A great place the does phones, gaming consoles, computers and more. Very knowledgeable, and from the same industry before striking out on his own.
My brother dropped his phone at a concert couple days before Christmas, thinking he broke the LCD screen completely I then called around to 15 other places nearby until I found this one, it was out of our way but immediately getting on the phone I knew we could trust them. He was very informative about pricing and why it’s cost so high for the part but he also had an aftermarket on hand to ease the costing. Drove 30+ min out, dropped it off, said it’d be 30 min., walked around the shopping area, went back around 25 min., & he said that what we thought actually wasn’t the problem. It was actually something more simple. Saved my brother an extra 50$ and gave us family time spent! Thank you guys at TechStop for honest and dedicated trustworthy service!
These guys know their stuff. Abid helped me with a broken screen a couple months ago and today helped me with a phone email issue that nobody else could solve.
